This Privacy Policy of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) is a public Agreement concluded between the owner of the Online store Limited Liability Partnership "SAIRAN LLP" (Seller) and the Buyer in accordance with Article 387 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection", valid in regarding information containing personal data of Customers that the Online store http://www.laroushjewelry.com (more – Online store) can get information about Customers while they are using the website of the Online store.
1. Definition of terms
1.1 Personal data - information relating to a certain or determined on their basis subject of personal data, recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other material medium. 1.2 Non-personal data - information that is automatically transmitted during the process of viewing advertising blocks by the buyer and when visiting pages on which the statistical script of the system is installed: the address of the requested page, cookie information, IP-address, browser information, referrer (address of the previous page), access time. 1.3 Collection of personal data - actions aimed at obtaining personal data. 1.4 Processing of personal data means actions aimed at accumulation, storage, modification, amendment, addition, use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking and destruction of personal data. 1.5 Protection of personal data - a set of measures, including legal, organizational and technical, carried out for the purposes established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On personal data and their protection". 1.6. Online store - an internet site located on a server in Almaty city and having an internet address http://www.laroushjewelry.com, which presents the goods offered to Customers for placing Orders, as well as the terms of payment and delivery of these Orders to Customers. 1.7. Website services - all services available for use on the website http://www.laroushjewelry.com and subdomains. 1.8 The Buyer is a user of the online store. 1.9. Seller - Limited Liability Partnership "Sairan LLP", which is the owner of the Online Store, BIN 970540000206. 1.10. Cookies are small text files into which the browser records data from the sites visited by Buyers. Cookies perform a number of functions, for example, they allow the Buyer to effectively navigate between pages, remembering his preferences, and thus improves the experience of interacting with the website. They can also help ensure that the advertising that the Buyer sees online matches his interests. If you do not use cookies, it will be impossible to buy goods in an online store at all, since the whole work of the basket is based on saving data from these files. For example, if a Customer selects a product in an online store, puts it in the basket and goes to a new page, then this product simply will not be saved in the basket. 1.11. IP-address - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol, which allows you to determine the location of the Buyer. 1. Subject of the privacy policy
2.1 This privacy policy establishes the Seller's obligations on non-disclosure and protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the Buyer provides at the request of the Seller when registering on the website of the online store and/or when placing an order for the purchase of goods. 2.2 The personal data allowed for processing under this privacy policy is provided by the Buyer by filling in the registration form on the website of the Online Store and includes the following information: 2.2.1. Surname, first name, patronymic (patronymic is optional) of the Buyer; 2.2.2. The Buyer's contact telephone number; 2.2.3. Electronic mail (e-mail) address; 2.2.4. The delivery address of the goods. 2.3 Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, used browsers and operating systems, etc.) is also subject to secure storage and non-dissemination, except as provided in clause 4.3.2. and clause 4.4. of this privacy policy.
2. Purposes of collection and processing of Buyers' personal data
3.1 The seller collects, processes and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of services and/or purchase of goods from the catalog of the online store by the Buyer. 3.2 The Seller shall use the Buyer's personal data for the purposes of: 3.2.1. Identification of the Buyer to place an order and/or conclude a contract for the sale of goods; 3.2.2. Processing and receipt of payments from the Buyer; 3.2.3. Delivery of the goods to the Buyer; 3.2.4. Providing the Buyer with effective customer support; 3.2.5. Provision of personalized services to the Buyer; 3.2.6. Communication with the Buyer, including sending notices, requests and information regarding the use of the services, provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the Buyer; 3.2.7. Improvement of the quality of the services, convenience of their use, development of new services and services; 3.2.8. Informing the Buyer about events and promotions; 3.2.9. Conducting statistical and other research based on non-personal data, as well as optimization of advertising messages. 3.3 The Seller shall not be liable for the information provided by the Buyer on the website in a publicly available form. 3.4 The Seller shall not be liable for any losses that the Buyer may incur as a result of his login and password becoming known to a third party.
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1 The Buyer is obliged: 4.1.1. To provide information about personal data necessary for the use of the Online Store; 4.1.2. To change, supplement the provided information in case of detection of incorrect data when using the online store. 4.2 The Buyer shall have the right to: 4.2.1. To access and edit information about personal data at any time through the web interface provided within the services. 4.3 The Seller is obliged: 4.3.1. To use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in section 3 of this privacy policy; 4.3.2. To ensure the storage of confidential information in secret, not disclose without the prior written permission of the Buyer the transferred personal data, except for the transfer of data in order to fulfill the order of the Buyer (courier services, postal organizations, banks, etc.), as well as authorized state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 4.3.3. To take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the Buyer's personal data according to the procedure normally used for the protection of such information. 4.4 The Seller has the right to provide access for collection and analysis of non-personal data of buyers to third parties for the purposes of statistics and optimization of advertising messages. The use of non-personal data by third parties is governed by their own privacy policies, and the online store is not responsible for their use.
4. Other conditions
5.1 The Buyer's use of the online store means his unconditional consent to this privacy policy and the terms of processing the buyer's personal data by the seller. 5.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the privacy policy, the Buyer must stop using the Website, the Online Store. 5.3 This Privacy Policy applies only to the website of the Online Store http://www.laroushjewelry.com and subdomains. The Online Store is not responsible for third-party websites to which the Buyer can follow the links available on the website of the online store. 5.4 The Seller, due to the specifics of the method of obtaining information, does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer and does not control their relevance. However, the Seller assumes that the Buyer provides reliable personal data and keeps such data up to date. The Buyer bears all responsibility and possible consequences for providing inaccurate or not up-to-date personal data.
5.5 Disabling Cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the online store site that require authorization. 5.6 The online store collects statistics about the IP addresses of its Buyers. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments.
5.7 The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.
