Delivery within the CIS
• delivery to the Russian Federation takes from 4 to 26 business days.
• cost from 8000 tenge, with weight not more than 0.5kg (one standard box).
• order collection time is 1 business day, not counting the day the order was placed.
• when placing an order on weekends and holidays - the shipment is carried out on the next working day.
Self-delivery
• self-delivery is available from our boutiques: Almaty, Satpayev 29/6, Rahat Palace Hotel Astana, Abu Dhabi Plaza shopping center, first floor.
• if you place an order before 17:00, the order will be ready for pickup from 18:00 of the current day.
• if you place an order after 17:00, the order will be available for pickup from 18:00 the following day.
• the self-delivery storage period in the concept store is 7 days for a paid order and 3 days for an order without payment .
