Delivery within Kazakhstan is carried out within 2-5 business days from the date of order placement.
We offer free delivery across Kazakhstan for all jewelry purchases over 150,000 tenge.
Free shipping does not apply to all items purchased through promotions.

Delivery across the CIS

Delivery to Russia takes from 4 to 26 business days.
Price from 8000 tenge, with a weight of no more than 0.5 kg (one standard box).
The order collection period is 1 business day, not counting the day the order is placed.
When placing an order on weekends and holidays, it will be shipped on the next business day.

Returns & Exchange

Every L’aroush piece is officially tested, hallmarked, and certified by the CNE DMiDK Testing Laboratory (Almaty) to guarantee authenticity and quality.

We provide a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

You may exchange your item within 14 days if it is unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
