The warranty does NOT cover damage to the jewelry as a result of the consumer's failure to ensure proper operating and storage conditions for the jewelry, and does NOT cover premature wear of the electroplating (gold plating/rhodium)
To achieve a dazzling whiteness, rhodium plating is a common practice worldwide. Rhodium plating is a thin (0.1-25 microns) layer of rhodium (a precious metal) applied to the surface of a piece of jewelry. Rhodium plating enhances the reflective and aesthetic properties of the metal, as well as protects it from scratches, corrosion, and adverse environmental factors. Rhodium-plated jewelry should be worn with care, and the rhodium plating should be renewed as needed.
We guarantee long-term operation of our products, provided the consumer complies with the operating and storage conditions.
OPERATING AND STORAGE CONDITIONS:
How to wear jewelry correctly.

1. Avoid mechanical damage to your jewelry. Gold (silver) is a relatively soft metal and is easily deformed and scratched by physical impact. Protect your jewelry from mechanical shock and sudden temperature changes. Remember that scratches are more noticeable on large or wide pieces than on small or thin ones. Lightweight and hollow pieces are more susceptible to deformation by mechanical impact (for example, the Mother and Child hollow bracelet). 2. Avoid wearing jewelry while doing housework (laundry, washing dishes, cooking) or any physical work. 3. Avoid contact between precious metal jewelry and substances containing active chemicals (household chemicals, cosmetics, medications, etc.). Chlorine, iodine, and mercury compounds are particularly dangerous. Even placing jewelry next to a closed bottle of iodine on the same shelf can cause irreparable damage, causing brown stains or a dark coating. Mercury compounds can turn gold jewelry into dust. Taking medications such as Iodomarin can tarnish silver jewelry. 4. Do not clean jewelry at home 5. Do not sleep with jewelry on; 6. Fasteners and locks also require careful handling and are “afraid” of excessive force. 7. Silver jewelry can tarnish (become covered with a dark coating) due to the high concentration of sulfur in the air. Silver is very sensitive to human sweat and the individual's pH levels. Some people experience silver tarnishing very quickly, so it's best to choose jewelry made of a different metal.

1. It is best to store jewelry in specialized boxes lined with soft fabric. 2. Avoid storing in direct sunlight, as the stones may fade and the metal may change color. 3. In conditions of high humidity and temperature, jewelry may become dull and become covered with plaque and stains, so do not store jewelry in bathrooms, or near radiators or other heat sources. 4. If you are storing your jewelry for a long time, it is best to remove grease and dirt using a soft cloth soaked in ammonia. |
Improper use and storage of jewelry may void the warranty.
